. & I want for a kindness to be given to the ways of our beautiful ruin our red running days of leaving & disbelief - such brittle shame - kindness again . yet leaves tear from trees . & salt burns from out the seas . the moon from the night sky missing . shadow cuts from sun . colour bleeds from the flowers . & full wings of flight turn stone .

. I plead for the lands we trod upon . for the warmth that shrivels beneath a colder sun . for all of the solace recognised by you as love . I weep for the land .

. broken the weave . sails are smashed by the breezes . & towering waves from the ocean perish .
